The Jesse Bufford ministry team has brought hope and encouragement throughout prisons.  We are compelled to see individuals live the abundant life Christ died for us to live.  If you are a former inmate, we pray that you will remain strong in your faith and that your testimony of what God has done for you will make an impact on His Kingdom. We do not limit nor measure what God can do in or out of prison.  We stand on the Word of God and His word is our final authority.  You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.  You are the head and not the tail.  You are more than a conquer through Christ Jesus.  You are the tree planted by the living water and you will not be uprooted nor wither.  You are blessed in your comings and your goings.  You have the mind of Christ and are single minded.  No weapon formed against you shall prosper.  You are blessed to be a blessing.

Vision Statement

The Jesse Bufford Prison Ministry has a five-fold Vision for the penal system:

• First: Souls will be saved.  This evangelistic endeavor will include both the prisoner and their family.

• Second: The prisoner and their family will be reconciled to God through Jesus Christ, and to one another

• Third: Prisoner’s minds will be healed and delivered of past sins and heartaches.

• Fourth: Prisoners will successfully integrate back into society after being released from prison.  “All things are passed away, and all things are made new.”  God is a God of New Beginnings.
  

• Fifth: The prisoner will be motivated to bring a message to a young America, “don’t go to that place.”
